For the past week I've been awful about taking the time to get on the computer and write a simple blog post. You can't really blame me though, I've been sick for the last few days, and the other days I missed were due to internet issues or general issues.
Ah, sickness. The best legit excuse to miss school. My lovely mother decided this morning that she'd let me stay home, without informing me. I woke up around 11 o'clock and just thought "How sweet. :)" Yeah, I love my mum.
So any ways. I had to babysit Saturday night (Yeah, wonderful thing to do when you're sick... Be around other peoples kids!). I was lucky enough that Matt was babysitting with me. If he wasn't there, I most likely would have crashed. I was nauseous, I had mucus clogging my throat, not to mention I was super tired and dizzy. I thank the Gods I have such a helpful boyfriend. ♥
Halloween sucked this year. The trick r' treating part, that is. I didn't go door to door asking for candy. Instead I spent the night at home handing out play-doh and chocolate to the little children. The highlight of my day was definitely Matt. Really, if he hadn't have come over I would have most likely wound up spending the whole night being a third wheel to my best girl friend and her boyfriend Josh. Since I wouldn't have had the guts to say that I was sick, and needed stay home. The day was still a 10. But Halloween was maybe a 3, since there were some pretty cute kids, and some pretty cute costumes.
I'm trying to think of what else to write, but my life is pretty boring at the moment. We'll see if things start to get a little more dramatic/exciting by the end of the week.
